  • Sparkling wine
  • Semi-sparkling wine and frizzante
  • Still wine
  • Cider

For beverage producers

  • Craft soft drinks
  • Functional beverages
  • Premium beverages
  • Beer and other beverages

For start-ups and growing producers

Its compact design, straightforward operation and modest infrastructure requirements make it a cost-effective option for new producers.

One machine, multiple applications

Why choose this system?

Isobaric (counter-pressure) bottling technology

Once pressure is equalised, filling takes place by gravity. Chilled product and correct settings help achieve gentle filling with reduced foaming. The filling level can be adjusted to suit the bottle.

Injector carbonation

Adjustable carbonation and fine bubble formation help achieve the desired product profile.

Foam-control system

Standard foam-control throttling valves help optimise the filling process.

Pump and CIP cleaning head

The pump required for carbonation also enables still-wine bottling, while the CIP cleaning head makes rinsing the system easier.

Compact and mobile

Built-in castors make the heavier machine easier to move around the winery or production area. Its compact design fits into smaller spaces, while the drip tray collects and drains residual liquid from the filling tubes during bottling.

Premium food-grade construction

Polished stainless-steel construction designed for food-industry use.

Standards and conformity

The machine is manufactured in accordance with applicable Hungarian and European standards and directives and has CE marking and EU Declaration of Conformity.

Designed for long-term reliability

Robust construction designed for a long service life, backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Two technologies in one system

Carbonation and counter-pressure bottling come together in a single mobile machine.

Start-up accessories included

The standard package includes a quality CO₂ pressure regulator, a gas heater powered by 230 V and 5 m of PE tubing for CO₂ gas.

Delivery, installation and training

Free shipping is available within Europe. On-site installation is not essential, but can be arranged by separate agreement. Operator training at your site can also be arranged on request, provided the required infrastructure is in place.

Quick set-up

Simple installation and operation

  1. Connect the machine to a tank containing chilled product.
  2. Connect the CO₂ cylinder using the supplied pressure regulator and 5 m of PE tubing.
  3. Both the bottling machine and the gas heater run on 230 V.
  4. The system is then ready to start bottling.

Small-scale bottling, thoughtfully designed

Choose from the 4-, 6- or 8-head configuration to suit your bottle size and planned output.

Technical data and equipment

Operation and dimensions

Bottles: standard 0.2–1.5 L glass bottles; confirm compatibility with a sample bottle for custom glass or PET bottles.

Operating pressure: up to 3 bar.

Product temperature: 2–7 °C recommended for low-foam filling.

Height and width: approx. 165 × 80 cm.

Construction: polished food-grade stainless steel.

Connections

Product: connects to the DN25 union on the pump suction side; a DN25 male adapter with a hose tail for a 1″ hose is supplied.

CO₂: 10 mm PE tubing connects to the quick connector on the machine-mounted pressure regulator, which has its own pressure gauge and maintains near-constant pressure in the bottling tank.

CIP: ½″ threaded or hose-tail connection.

Electrical: 230 V / 50 Hz.

Equipment and safety

Equipment: product pump, drip tray, CIP cleaning head, foam-control throttling valves, quality CO₂ pressure regulator, 230 V gas heater, 5 m of PE tubing for CO₂ gas and a level indicator tube with sampling tap.

Safety: pressure gauge, pressure relief valve and polycarbonate safety guards.

For producers of sparkling and frizzante wines

The desired carbonation level is determined by the amount and pressure of CO₂ introduced through the injector, as well as the product temperature, not by bottling pressure alone. Typical bottling pressure is 1.5–3 bar; excessive pressure can increase foaming. The pressure of a cold-filled beverage rises inside the sealed bottle as its temperature increases. For example, the pressure measured at room temperature may already be higher. Although the machine may withstand higher pressure (up to 5–6 bar), this does not mean that glass bottles can: only bottles designed for such pressure, such as thick-walled Champagne bottles, are suitable. Before choosing a bottle, check with its manufacturer what pressure it can safely withstand and at what temperature. The bottle-holder springs must counter both the pressure inside the bottle and the weight of the filled bottle; springs that are too strong make manual operation physically demanding.

Warranty terms

Our machines are designed for reliable, straightforward operation. We build them using high-quality industrial components and minimise the use of bespoke parts that are not interchangeable with standard components. Customer satisfaction matters to us wherever our customers are in the world, so we pay close attention to quality and appearance. Regular cleaning and proper maintenance help prevent many operating issues.

Thanks to the machine’s simple design, many faults can be resolved by replacing the relevant component. Our team can guide the user through straightforward component replacements when appropriate.

The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects attributable to the manufacturer for 24 months from the date the buyer receives the machine. For our customers outside Hungary, warranty support is primarily provided through parts sent by post and remote technical assistance. Defective main parts covered by the warranty are repaired or replaced free of charge. Repairs at the customer’s site or at our premises can also be arranged by prior agreement.

During the warranty period, postage for replacement main parts and for defective main parts returned to us for repair is free of charge. This free-postage arrangement applies only to main parts covered by the warranty. The machine is supplied with a two-year stock of wearing parts.

For our customers outside Hungary, call-out, travel and accommodation costs, as well as the cost of transporting the machine for repair and returning it, are borne by the customer. Free delivery offers apply only to new customers purchasing a new machine and are subject to the offer terms.

The warranty does not cover normal wear or wearing parts, such as rubber seals, springs and heating elements; additional wearing parts are available for purchase. It also excludes faults caused by improper transport, installation, use or maintenance; failure to follow the machine manual; an electrical supply that is unsuitable, not protected against overcurrent or not earthed; unauthorised alterations or repairs; external damage; or force majeure.

Please inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us immediately of any transport damage or missing items. If we do not receive a report within 72 hours of delivery, we will consider the shipment to have been received complete and without visible transport damage. This applies to damage or shortages that could reasonably be identified on receipt and does not affect warranty claims for technical faults discovered later.

If a fault occurs, please contact us before carrying out any repair. With our guidance, the user may carry out a simple component replacement agreed with us in advance. Repairs requiring technical expertise, especially work on electrical components, must be carried out by a qualified professional. Any unauthorised modification or alteration made without our prior agreement will void the warranty. This manufacturer warranty does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that apply.
