Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data submitted through the Falcon Technika Bt. website enquiry form is handled.

2. Data processed and purpose

The data processed may include your name, phone number, email address, beverage type, largest bottle size and details you voluntarily provide in your message. If you request shipping, we also collect your country and postal code. At least one of the phone number or email address is needed to respond. The data is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, prepare shipping estimates and handle related technical and business communications.

Netlify's built-in spam filter checks submissions. Additional browser-side form checks may add a manual-review note for an unusual phone number format or inconsistencies across multiple fields, but they do not block submission. These checks do not compare the phone country code with the shipping country, do not screen email domains, and never automatically reject an enquiry based on a single data point.

3. Legal basis for processing

Where an individual requests a quotation in their own name as a prospective contracting party, processing may be based on taking steps at the individual’s request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Where the person making contact represents or works for a business, the data controller may process necessary business contact details on the basis of its legitimate interests in responding and maintaining business communications (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), provided it has carried out and documented a balancing test. The data controller must apply the legal basis that reflects the actual process.

4. Data processor

Netlify Forms is used to receive and store enquiries. Enquiry details may also be sent by email if notifications have been configured. Other than the recipients and service providers identified in this notice (Netlify Forms and the email service used to handle enquiries), we do not transfer or share personal data with any other organisation or third party, unless required by law.

5. Retention period

If no contract is concluded, we retain the information needed to prepare the quotation for 90 days after the enquiry is closed. If a contract is concluded, we retain the information needed to perform the transaction and handle warranty claims until the warranty period expires. Accounting documents are retained for the periods required by applicable law. The data controller carries out deletion; automatic deletion by Netlify Forms must not be assumed.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, request restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information at any time using the email address or phone number above. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
